Detailed structural analyses and optimisation on strength, stiffness and mould flow. Analyses gave direction for reduction of the global wall thickness. To be able to withstand loads better, the rib construction is improved.

Result:

A weight reduction of 20%, together with a reduction in cycle time of 30%.
