BPO project:
Structural FEM analyses and optimisation. The ARC armature for street use combines design and reliability with optimal light techniques. BPO analysed the strength and stiffness of the design for new aluminium die-casted parts, proposed improvements in the construction and for reduction of the use of material.

Result:

The FEM analyses gave direction to the project in an early stage. This shortened the development cycle. The use of material is optimised and the product complies with the strength and stiffness requirements.
