BPO project:
The dynamic behaviour of the rooftop fan was improved by choosing an optimum guidance of forces. Static analyses were done to calculate the deformation caused by the wind force of the machine. Tensile stressed due to heating and cooling of the product in use were analysed as well.

Result:

After optimisation the product has the right stiffness which was necessary to assure the functioning of the product in the long run. This project is yet another example that the use of simulations prevents trial and error; the process of repeatedly building and testing of prototypes.
